Oz Pottery is Jeff Goodman (owner, on left) and Kent Harrison. Jeff retired from a career in broadcast design at WYFF 4 in 2018 and began his vocation as a potter throughout 2019, building the studio next to his home. Toward the end of the year, he enlisted the help of Kent, a long time friend with construction chops who also became fascinated with pottery and was a natural on the wheel.
Oz is fully functional. We have four wheels, two kilns and mix our own glazes. We offer classes and date nights / girls' night out sessions. Come to the studio for a tour and see the wall graphics created by April T... they are amazing!
